Anyone know/ or have a web-based board room booking program that I can purchase or demo? I have a property management company interested in something simple so the tenants can view online the availablity of their shared boardroom.

Preferrably, I would like to see a finished product and purchase it as opposed to going through development process and not knowing for sure what the end product will be.

Sounds to me its simple one or two web pages with a big calendar with date/times... and they could interactively look up if a 'guesthouse' or 'boardroom' is available, and book it online as well. All backended by either SQL server or MS access.
And there would be an administrator webpage that would allow the rental administrators to remove bookings if necessary.
To book it, they would simply enter their Full Name, renting APARTMENT or SUITE number, Phone Number, Email (for automated confirmation) and start and end times, and then click submit. The automation would send an email to the Rental administrator and the tenant 48 hours prior so both were aware that a booking has been confirmed, and a payment (they usually charge $25 to $75 for tenants to hold a guestroom) needs to be submitted.
mm... $500 perhaps...
